WHAT YOU SHOULD WEAR

If you have regular yoga clothes, you should wear those to our hot yoga class. We don't recommend wearing anything made from cotton because it absorbs sweat. Instead, wear clothes that are not baggy and are made out of sweat-wicking materials.

OUR HOT YOGA CLASS

Our skilled instructors at Sydney Hot Yoga want to help you relax while you are enjoying all of the benefits of hot yoga. We create an environment that is enjoyable for the whole group. Starting off slow and becoming more challenging as it goes until we are ready to cool down again. The music selection is fairly consistent, although it is up to our instructors to choose what best suits the day and environment. Each Yoga instructor has their own style so we suggest you try all the classes and see which one suits you best.

Come down and join Sydney's Hottest Yoga classes. Participate in a friendly, relaxed environment where our focus is helping you achieve your goals. Located in Moorebank and servicing Liverpool and Western Sydney. Sydney Hot Yoga is the no.1 Hot Yoga studio in Western Sydney!
